The Showers!!

Posted by Hello Thought you'd like a good look at where I'm showering...absolutely no privacy as there are 4 stalls in there with no dividers. Therefore, I usually take my shower after dinner rather than during the alloted time.

We've got thunderstorms here again today so were unable to go out in the field. It makes the time drag by.

I'll upload more pictures later...

You know the trend in scrapbooking today is to scrap the real stories. So you must scrap the showers. Do you just get to hang out when you can't go to the field or do they give you indoor projects you have to work on?

Yeah you should have this to scrap about too..absolutely! I want to see some shower caps and towel flinging.....I know I have seen Jolee's that are real cute and would just make an adorable page girl. Keep up the adventure...we are all enjoying hearing about it! rhonda

Oh trust me, I have taken pictures of all the camp stuff and will definitely scrap the real deal. The showers aren't coed really...there is a girls time and a guys time for showers. We usuallly get about 45 minutes for 15 girls to get showered/dressed/etc.

If we're rained out of the field we have a new assignment here at camp. Yesterday we looked at a core that had been drilled and had to make logs of it. We also worked on well logs last night and have to make correlations with the rocks. It looks like an EKG chart and we have 3 across that we have to match up. It's not as easy as it sounds.

If I can get pictures to upload today I'll show you more of the camp...

MISS YOU ALL!! Only 23 more days left!!

My idea of roughing it is a room at the Holiday Inn. I am too old for camp. Mom
